How to create a Meetup.

With Meetups you can invite friends or other like minded riders nearby to join but they are also publicly listed enabling others to find and join the Meetup too. When a Meetup is created, a Group Chat is also created enabling any members that accept the invite or join the meetup, to group chat with each other.
